Hey everyone! So my Happy New Year is a little late because I didn’t want it to end up being one of those posts where I say I’m starting the year off right, bla bla bla, going to really do it this time, this is the year etc. That’s why I waited until I was sure that I could come through on my determination at least for a little while before I posted!

So for the last 8 days (Jan.1 to Jan. 8) I have been doing Jillian’s 30 day shred because that seems like the way to go so far for me. I’ve previously seen results with this DVD and so it seemed like a good place to start!

Also tomorrow starts my school’s ‘Body for Break’ program, which is a neat little program where they give you a routine for each week (5 shortish workouts) and you record what you’ve done and then at the end they raffle off prizes for the people who finish the program. It’s a cute program that my room mate and I did last year. And what’s nice is that this year they have tailored it into 4 different focuses (get trim, get toned, get strong, and fast and focused) obviously I’m going to be doing the ‘Get Trim’ portion.

I’m going to try to get back into my Loseit! account hopefully I’ll see some results!
