So I finally did it. I worked out a little. I started Jillian Micheals Fat Burn DVD and my EasyCurves. Well starting I had 13s, beginning of June I got 12s that were loose, in fact they kept falling down all vacation which was pleasantly annoying. Also around the middle of the month I was able to wear a belt with my jeans and not poof over it too much and those were either 11s or 13s and that’s pretty much where I am now too

I’m not sure I’d have to check my food log thing, but I don’t eat ‘fast food’ in the negative since much. I like subway, and sheetz salads/subs. But other than that I don’t do too much ‘fast food’ We did do a lot of Chinese over vacation but I’m trying to get back out of that now

Depends. I try to eat everything in moderation but sometimes I get in the mood for something in particular. I do have a sweet tooth sometimes. But I guess my biggest weakness is chicken selects. Good ones. From anywhere.

No. I’m proud to say no. Never have either. I feel for the people who do because I know it must be hard, but I don’t see myself ever getting to that point.

This time? Or overall? I’ve been ‘losing weight’ since I Was like 8 . Even when I didn’t need too I felt like I did. But this round ( and I must say this one is the most successful yet kinda) started either May 10th or January 1st depending on when you start it (There was a break in there for finals and 2 weeks of summer)

125, honestly? never. I know that’s not good to think like that but I really just do not feel like I will ever see that weight. Plus if I get to a healthy look, and I am happy I will stop. I do not want to look sickly and I like my breasts and butt ( so I don’t want to loose too much of them) and that means more weight. But I am shooting for 125 at the moment.

Healthy, although sometime I feel a little obsessed which isn’t healthy. Also just because it’s summer I tend to eat less than winter, and since I’ve been tracking what I eat, I find that I’m eating only 2 meals and a snack a lot rather than 3 meals (but I’m working on that). But I am doing this the healthy way. I refuse to take the easy way out.

There is not ‘normally’ I go through cycles of eating I guess you could say. I eat yogurt and English muffins a lot although when stuff comes up my diet changes. Also when I go to school I only really have school food available to me so that changes stuff.

All of the delicious snacks. But not even really that much. I like healthy snacks too. I guess the hardest thing was really just not being able to eat whatever I wanted to. I used to be a waitress and I was walking all day, so I could eat what ever I wanted to and not worry about it, and now I can’t do that which is sad.
