This week was not so good, Memorial day picnics and excursions to Pittsburgh was not conducive to working out. So I’m pretty sure that I didn’t work out all week. I must have been able to restrain myself to some degree because I only gained .2 lbs. that sucks, but it could have been much worse. So now I have 4 days till I leave and I’m still fat. Two Week check in! So today is day 14, it kinda snuck up on me! I’m half pumped and half bummed because on the one hand I lost 5lbs since the beginning of this, but on the other hand I don’t really feel like I can see any difference.
